UFI Business Mission Bogota 2025 - Practical Information

Entry Regulations

Delegates attending the UFI Business Mission in Bogota must comply with Colombia’s entry requirements. A passport valid for at least six months upon arrival is mandatory, and travelers may be asked to provide proof of onward or return travel, as well as confirmation of accommodation in Colombia.

Venue

The event will take place at Agora Bogotá Convention Center

Address: Ac. 24 # 38 – 47, Bogotá- Colombia

The event programme on October 14 will take place in rooms E-F-G on the 2nd floor of Agora Convention Center.

The distance between the official Hotel of the event and Agora is only 350 meters, approximately 7-10 minutes.

Walking from Hilton Bogotá Corferias to Ágora Bogotá Convention Centre:

Exit the Hilton Bogotá Corferias through the main lobby.
Turn right and walk along Carrera 37.
Continue straight for about 5 minutes (350 meters).

You will see the Ágora Bogotá Convention Centre directly ahead, in front of Corferias.

Networking Dinner, Tuesday October 14, duration 7:00 pm - 10:15

Address: Cra. 13 # 96 – 11, Bogotá.

Transportation:

Round-trip transportation will be provided from Hilton Bogotá Corferias.

Bus departure: at 7:00 pm from Hilton Corferias Lobby 1st floor.

Bus return to the hotel at 11:00 pm approximately.

Dress code: smart casual

City Tour, Wednesday, October 15, duration: 8:00 am - 2:30 pm

Bus return to hotel: 3:00 pm

Dress code: casual (sneakers highly recommended)

Weather

Bogotá experiences mild mountain weather, with temperatures ranging from approximately 8 °C to 18 °C. Light rain is common, particularly in the afternoons, so delegates are advised to bring an umbrella or a waterproof jacket. Moderate cold winds are expected at night and early morning.

Currency

The official currency is the Colombian Peso (COP). Credit and debit cards are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and major shops.
